Social business case study - MEC

My group and I will be doing the social business case study and our subject will be Mountain Equipment Coop (MEC). In this assignment we will be describing and analyzing the social value, mission, and vision of MEC. Following that, we will be performing a SWOT analysis to identify a strategic weakness which we will work to improve. Some areas we will examine in order to find their weakness will be their financial choices, their business model, their organizational culture, as well as their social and ecological impact.
